Opening Dull and Weem Parish Church to Individual Private Prayer

After much careful, prayerful consideration and the completion of the necessary risk assessments, we have received permission from Presbytery to open Weem Church for the purpose of INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE PRAYER. We are not yet at the stage of applying for permission to open for other purposes such as funerals and weekly worship but we are working through the processes needed to enable us to do so when the appropriate preparations have been made and it is safe to do so. Weem Church will be open for individual private prayer on Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00 on a trial basis for four weeks beginning on Saturday 15 August. Principally, I’m keen to ensure that those who want to get involved will know how to do so. At 8am each morning a pre-recorded reflection will go live on the Church of Scotland website and on Facebook.
